The 32nd Plenary Session of the Large Companies Forum was held
On June 22nd, the 32nd plenary session of the Large Companies Forum was held, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency, and attended by representatives of the Tax Agency and the companies participating in the Forum.
On this occasion, after analyzing the issues discussed in the working groups held during the semester, the representatives of the Tax Agency presented various issues related to forms 240 and 241, and analyzed the Resolution of June 4, 2026, of the General Directorate of the State Tax Administration Agency, which establishes the procedure for carrying out electronically the seizure of money in accounts opened in payment service providers.
Furthermore, due to its fiscal and customs implications, the main content of the EU-UK agreement in relation to Gibraltar has been explained.
