3.3.12. Identification labels

Note: It will not be necessary to attach identification labels to Income Tax returns generated electronically using the printing module developed by the Tax Agency, as is the case with those made using this program.

Individual return

The taxpayer of the Personal Income Tax who must sign the declaration must complete the data relating to his identification and his habitual residence in the spaces reserved for this purpose.

When filing for the first time, you must attach a photocopy of the document proving your Tax Identification Number (NIF) to the "Copies for the Administration".

Joint declaration

In the case of a joint declaration for Personal Income Tax made by a family unit made up of both spouses, each of them must complete the data relating to their identification and habitual residence in the spaces reserved for this purpose.

If one or both spouses are filing the declaration for the first time, they must include a photocopy or photocopies of the respective card or document proving the Tax Identification Number (NIF) with the "Copies for the Administration".
