Declaration of compliance with the National Security Framework

In accordance with Article 41 of Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, governing the National Security Framework, the Tax Agency reports that the information systems making up this e-Office have been analysed pursuant to the criteria established in the Royal Decree.

As a consequence of this diagnosis, on 16 February 2011 the Plan to adapt the Tax Agency Information Systems to the National Security Framework was approved. This plan established an adaptation period to conclude with full compliance in January 2014.

In order to achieve this goal, on 17 November 2011 the Security Improvement Plan was introduced, which develops the basic projects to enable this adaptation process.

Notwithstanding the above, the Tax Agency has always been committed to information security, and has adopted measures which provide a good level of protection for the data and systems making up its e-Office.
