The simulator for the Personal Income Tax (IRPF) declaration for the 2008 financial year is available on the Tax Agency's website (sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es) With it, any taxpayer can find out what the result of the Income Tax Return that they will have to file next year (for the 2008 fiscal year) will be. This makes it easier to make relevant tax decisions before the end of the year.

The simulator is available without the need for an electronic signature in the virtual office on the page: headquarters.agenciatributaria.gob.es.

The taxpayer must include data on employment income, income from movable and immovable capital, income from economic activities, capital gains or losses, reductions and deductions, withholdings and other payments on account. The simulator calculates the result of the hypothetical declaration, which has no legal validity. This is an aid for anyone who wants to plan or know in advance what the amount to be paid or returned in their Income Tax return might be.
