The Tax Agency warns of fraudulent phishing via Internet
The Tax Agency has today detected a new email communication in which your name and image are being fraudulently used.
The email refers to a non-existent resolution dated January 25, 2008, approving a refund in which the recipient of the email benefits. In order to access the money, you must access a link with an alternate address. This address requests current account information.
The Tax Agency has taken the necessary measures to pursue these fraud attempts and reminds users that the best measure is to prevent suspicious communications that include requests for bank details. The Tax Agency does not request confidential information, account numbers or card numbers from taxpayers by email. The Tax Agency's website is sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es .
