The Tax Agency launches a property search application and a telephone service to facilitate participation in auctions

New improvements in assistance

  • The new feature, available both in the app and in the Agency's electronic headquarters, will allow you to search for properties with the selection criteria entered by the interested party and view them on a map.
  • An alert subscription system will notify interested parties when the auction of a property that suits their preferences begins.
  • A new telephone service has been created to resolve queries regarding the Agency's auctions that are being processed on the BOE Portal

November 25, 2022 .- The Tax Agency has made available to citizens a new search system for real estate included in its auction procedures, which are published through the Official State Gazette Portal. The system has been designed to quickly and easily locate any property that meets the needs of the interested party using search criteria such as the province where the property is located, the type of property or its valuation.

The search engine, accessible through the mobile application and the Agency's electronic headquarters (sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es), also allows you to locate properties through the 'map' option, where any interested person can find out exactly where the properties are located.

The new feature also includes the possibility of saving selected properties as favourites to facilitate their recovery in future accesses to the search engine, or even sharing them via mobile instant messaging.

Alert system for pre-selected properties

In addition, in the event that at a given time no property meets the criteria entered, an alert subscription system has been enabled that will notify the interested party when an auction begins that meets those criteria.

No authentication is required to access the consultation service. Subscription to the real estate notification system will require having a 'Cl@ve PIN' to access from the 'app', while access through the electronic office can be done with either a 'Cl@ve PIN' or a certificate or electronic ID.

If access is via the app, you will only need to click on the 'More information and procedures' option on the main page of the mobile application that includes the property search engine. In the case of the electronic office, the route 'Information and procedures' / 'Debts, seizures, embargoes and auctions' / 'Auctions' leads both to the search engine and to the auction participation system itself.

Specific telephone service

The launch of this new functionality is in addition to the implementation of a specific telephone information and assistance service so that those interested in participating in the auctions can resolve their queries throughout the entire procedure, from the time they are interested until they become bidders or successful bidders.

Telephone agents will answer any questions that may arise before, during and after the auction. The telephone number that anyone interested in obtaining information should call is 91 598 63 34, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.

With these improvements, the Tax Agency is advancing in its strategy of facilitating procedures and processes for the largest possible number of taxpayers and for all types of profiles, by opting for a comfortable, modern, intuitive navigation model adapted to the needs of citizens.

Expansion of telematic assistance services

The expansion of the assistance and information service and the creation of this new utility in the area of auctions is added to other projects to extend the telematic services complementary to face-to-face assistance that have been launched in recent times, such as the Comprehensive Digital Administrations (ADI), virtual assistance tools, reinforced telephone services and the 'Pay, Defer and Consult' debts utility incorporated last July.

In the specific case of the Collection Area, the telephone service for auctions complements the general collection service that has been available since 2020 (91 553 68 01), without the need for an appointment.

While the general tax collection service is dedicated to assisting taxpayers who have questions about deferrals and seizures, or who need information and assistance to pay their debts, the telephone service for auctions will answer the questions of any citizen interested in the sales carried out by the Agency through the BOE portal.
