Opening PDF files with the browser itself is not possible in many cases.

Therefore, it will be necessary Follow the instructions below to download and complete the PDF form template:

  1. Download using any browser and save the PDF file at a local file directory.

  2. Open the PDF file using the "Open with" option of the "Adobe Reader" PDF reader.

When you open the PDF file with EDGE or Chrome, you will get the following warning or message:

"THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN ALTERED. This document cannot be opened. Please note that the AEAT provides PDF documents "as is" and modifications to their structure are not permitted.

This notice is due to the inclusion in the PDF file of the code necessary to facilitate the completion of the form by the user, as well as to generate the Receipt Number and its barcode, if applicable, so you should ignore this message, as it does not pose any security risk in this case.
