Appeal for reconsideration: An appeal for reconsideration may be filed optionally within one month from the day following its publication, before the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency.

Judicial Review Appeal: within two months, starting from the day following its publication in the Official State Gazette, before the Central Administrative Litigation Courts, and cannot be filed simultaneously with the appeal for reconsideration.
