Start: application for registration in the registry, providing identification data, the activity and the geographical area in which it will be carried out.
Procedure: During the transitional period of 6 months, the request will be deemed to have been granted, unless there is an express resolution to the contrary, without this affecting the final decision that must be adopted.
End: registration in the registry.

Appeal: within a period of one month if the act is express. In other cases, at any time from the day following the day on which the effects of the administrative silence occur.
