Phases of the procedure/service
Start: The interested party will present the data required for the issuance of the T2L along with the necessary documents to justify the status of the merchandise.
Procedure: where required, the AEAT will carry out the appropriate checks on the declaration and the attached documents.
End: issuance of the T2L endorsed by customs.

Replacement: Term: One month. Optionally, before the office from which the administrative act to be appealed comes from, stating that no economic-administrative claim has been filed against it.

It will be directed to the administrative body that issued the claimable act.
