Procedure/Service Phases

Start: Application via electronic form, which will include the bank account held by the applicant and in which they wish the aid to be paid, as well as a declaration of responsibility that they meet the requirements established in the European Union regulations and that the development of their economic activity has been negatively affected by the migration crisis that Ceuta is experiencing.

Procedure: The Tax Agency may subsequently request additional information to verify whether or not the aid should be granted.

End: After three months from the deadline for submitting the form have elapsed without payment having been made, the application may be deemed to have been rejected. If the aid is granted, it will be paid by bank transfer, starting from October 6, 2026, and the granting agreement will be considered notified upon receipt of the transfer.

Replacement: within one month and on a discretionary basis, before the office from which the administrative act to be appealed originates, stating that no economic-administrative claim has been filed against it.

Economic-administrative claim: one month from the day following notification of the contested measure or from the date on which the proceedings or the prior motion for reversal are resolved. It will be addressed to the administrative body that issued the challengeable act.
