Phases of the procedure/service

Start. It occurs with the approval of the file by the contracting body and with the subsequent public call, the process of submitting offers is opened or previously selected entrepreneurs are directly invited to present offers.

Procedure: Entrepreneurs are selected according to the criteria that appear in the specifications, if applicable, and then the offer that obtains the best score is evaluated and selected, when there is competition, applying the previously approved evaluation criteria.

Termination. The procedure will conclude with one of the following decisions of the contracting body: adjudication, withdrawal, resignation or declaration of desertion.

Implementation. The execution of the contract implies compliance with the object of the contract to the satisfaction of the unit in charge of its monitoring and execution.
