New web service for comparing electronic documents from their CSV

Since 27/02/2023, a new web service for the comparison of electronic documents has been available, intended to be used by entities or organizations in an integrated manner with their own applications, in order to obtain automated operations.

The functionality of this web service will be analogous to that already offered in the electronic headquarters service for document matching with CSV: Once the CSV of an electronic document from the AEAT is provided, the document can be obtained with said CSV in order to verify its authenticity.
