4.1.3. To whom should the exercise of rights be directed?

The interested party may exercise his or her rights before the service or unit of the Delegation of the State Tax Administration Agency corresponding to his or her tax domicile.
In the case of video surveillance processing, you can exercise your rights before the AEAT Security Department, located at Calle Lérida 32-34, 28020 Madrid.
