4.1.4. Resolution period

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 , the person responsible will respond to the interested party within a period of one (calendar) month from receipt of the request.

It should be noted that this period may be extended by another two months (for a total of three months from receipt of the application), taking into account the complexity and number of applications.

In any case, within one month of receipt of the request, the controller will inform the interested party of any extension.

Likewise, the controller will inform the interested party, in the event that his/her request is not processed, without delay and, at the latest, one month after receipt of the request, of said denial and the reasons for his/her failure to act, and the interested party may file a complaint in response to said refusal.
