4.1.4. Resolution period

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 , the person responsible will respond to the interested party within a period of one (calendar) month from receipt of the request.

It should be noted that this period may be extended for another two months (for a total of three months from receipt of the request), taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

In any case, within one month of receiving the request, the person responsible will inform the interested party of any extension.

Likewise, the person responsible will inform the interested party, in the case of not processing their request, without delay and, at the latest, one month after receipt of the request, of said denial and of the reasons for not acting, and may The interested party submits a claim in response to said refusal.
