4.2.4. Exceptions

The request may be rejected in accordance with article 23.2 of Organic Law 15/1999, which provides that the person responsible for the files of the Public Treasury may deny the exercise of the right of access when this hinders administrative actions aimed at ensuring compliance with tax obligations and when the affected party is the subject of inspection actions.
