5.96. Recordings of CRA calls
Description of the activity
Recording of incoming and outgoing calls received by the operators of the Alarm Reception Center for their own use of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT ).
Purpose
Have objective elements to complain to security companies in the event of non-compliance with security services required in contracts for surveillance and protection of buildings and/or maintenance of security systems signed by the AEAT with the aforementioned companies. Likewise, comply with what is established by the regulations in relation to notification to Security Forces and Corps and emergency services in case of confirmed alarms.
Interested
Security companies awarded contracts for surveillance and protection of AEAT buildings that include among their services security services as well as those that perform maintenance services on the security systems installed in them and, specifically, their designated personnel. to carry out the services described in the aforementioned contracts. Likewise, Security Forces and Corps and emergency services and specifically the personnel that make up the Operational Centers that receive calls there.
