5.97. Authentication of the Cl@ve PIN Identification System

Description of the activity

Processing of the information necessary to authenticate the Cl@ve PIN service as well as to guarantee the traceability and auditing of the use of said service.

Purpose

Allow access to PINs from the Cl@ve PIN Identification System, with which you can identify yourself before the Administration to electronically access the procedures that have it enabled.
Ensure that any potential incidents are resolved.

Interested parties

  • Citizens who use the Cl@ve PIN Identification System to interact with Public Administrations.

Details

  • DNI/NIE. Contrast data.
  • Code chosen by the user and PIN.
  • SMS message communicated to the registered phone.
  • Device information required for the Cl@ve PIN application, notification sent to the Cl@ve PIN application, and IP address.
  • Information about the complaint or incident, if applicable.
