5.97. Cl@ve PIN Identification System Authentication

Description of the activity

Processing of the information necessary to authenticate the Cl@ve PIN service as well as guarantee the traceability and audit of the use of said service.

Purpose

Allow access to PINs from the Cl@ve PIN Identification System, with which you can identify yourself to the Administration to access electronically the procedures that have it enabled.
Guarantee the resolution of possible incidents.

Interested

  • Citizens who use the Cl@ve PIN Identification System to interact with Public Administrations.

Details

  • DNI/NIE. Contrast data.
  • Code chosen by the user and PIN.
  • SMS message communicated to the registered phone.
  • Device information required for the Cl@ve PIN app, notification sent to the Cl@ve PIN app, and IP address.
  • Information about the complaint or incident, if applicable.

Planned deadlines for deletion

The data collected will not be deleted and will remain in the databases of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) in order to cover possible legal requirements or other types of claims that may arise.

Profiling

Based on the actions entrusted to the AEAT for the exercise of its functions, the data of the activities may be processed for data analysis and mining.

Technical/organizational measures

All data processed has been evaluated through a risk analysis, having obtained a list of technical and organizational measures to apply. These measures have been applied in accordance with the approved adaptation plan.
