Agreement and protocol between Spain and India to avoid double taxation
The Protocol between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of India has been published in New Delhi on 26 October 2012, amending the Convention and the Protocol between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of India in order to avoid double taxation and to prevent tax evasion on income and property taxes.
Protocolo entre el Reino de España y la República de la India hecho en Nueva Delhi el 26 de octubre de 2012,
que modifica el Convenio y el Protocolo entre el Reino de España y la República de la India para evitar la doble imposición y prevenir la evasión fiscal en materia de impuestos sobre la renta y sobre el patrimonio, firmados en Nueva Delhi el 8 de febrero de 1993.
