On March 1, 2021, the new model 05 came into force, establishing mandatory electronic presentation except for natural persons, who may present the model on paper (PDF generated through Form of model 05 for presentation on paper) .

There are two alternatives to the electronic filing of Form 05:

1. The individual presentation of the model through the option Submission of applications (form 05) .
2. Batch submission of the model through the option Batch submission of applications (model 05) . This option requires one file for each application to be transmitted.

Exceptionally, until September 30, 2021, batch submission will be permitted using a single file that includes all applications to be transmitted through option Submission of batch applications via a single file (model 05) (Valid until September 30, 2021) .

As of October 1, 2021, the option Submission of applications in batches using a single file (form 05) will be eliminated (Valid until September 30, 2021) .

It is recommended to carry out tests to adapt your computer applications to batch submission using the option Batch submission (form 05) , which will be the only option available for batch submission starting October 1, 2021. The tests can be made via the following link:
