New Administration of Comprehensive Digital Assistance (ADI) of Madrid-Getafe
The Madrid-Getafe Comprehensive Digital Assistance Administration (ADI) is created. It is a platform aimed at providing information and assistance services to citizens by electronic means, through the use of non-face-to-face communication channels.
This new ADI represents the replacement of the Call Center of the National Tax Management Office of the Agency's Tax Management Department, so that with the ADI format multi-channel and multi-area services can be provided based on the technological advances available.
With the Valencia and Vigo ADIs fully operational, the Tax Agency is in a position to continue this process with the creation of the Madrid-Getafe ADI.
