Notice of technical incident at the Headquarters on July 20, 2022
On July 20, 2022, a technical incident occurred in the Electronic Headquarters of the Tax Agency. As a result, there was a period of service unavailability of approximately one hour between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
In these circumstances, certain incidents were noted in the filing and payment of declarations through obtaining the NRC.
The NRC is the alphanumeric code that justifies the payment of a certain tax obligation by a citizen.
The different situations in which you may find yourself are the following:

If you entered the amount, obtaining the NRC, and could not submit the self-assessment with that income because the computer system did not recognize that NRC, there may be several cases:

He finally managed to file the self-assessment, either on July 20 or later, but with recognition of debt, either without payment or with a request for deferral. In this case, the Tax Agency will match the self-assessment with the payment made, without having to do anything else.

He failed to file the self-assessment. In this case, you have until July 28 to submit it, doing so by using the first NRC (the one that gave you an error and was not recognized on July 20), since it is currently available again for use in said submission.

In any other case, if you believe that you have a pending incident, submit a document via the Registry indicating in detail the circumstances of the same, inserting in the title: “INCIDENCE HEADQUARTERS JULY 20”.
