Since February 22, 2022, the registry of powers of the Tax Agency is connected to the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney (REA) operated by the General Secretariat of Digital Administration (SGAD), with the powers registered in said record.

The powers previously registered in the REA will not be transferred to the registry of powers of the Tax Agency.

The registration of powers that exclusively affect the Tax Agency continues to be carried out in the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency.
