Structural and territorial organisation of the Tax Agency
The Resolution of May 22, 2023, of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency, has been published, which modifies that of January 13, 2021, which establishes the structure and territorial organization of the State Agency of Tax Administration.
Through this resolution:

The Villaverde-Usera Administration is integrated into the Southwest Administration. Therefore, the Villaverde-Usera Administration is abolished, which is integrated into the Southwest Administration.

The name of the town where the Alicante Airport headquarters is located in Elche is added to the list of Customs and Special Tax Administrations.

With the Comprehensive Digital Assistance Administrations (ADI) of Valencia, Vigo and Madrid-Getafe fully operational, the Tax Agency is in a position to continue this process with the creation of the ADI of Granada.
The resolution will come into force on September 30, 2023, except for what is related to the creation of the Comprehensive Digital Assistance Administration of Granada, which will come into force on July 1, 2023.
