Form 379. Information statement on cross-border payments
Order HFP/1415/2023, of December 28, was published in the BOE of December 30, approving model 379 "Informative declaration on cross-border payments" and determining the form and procedure for its presentation.
Form 379 will have a quarterly periodicity and must be submitted, with respect to cross-border payments made in each calendar quarter.
This order comes into force on January 1, 2024 and will be applicable, for the first time, to the informative statements corresponding to the first quarter of fiscal year 2024.
