Order HAC/672/2024, of June 25, approving form 159 of the Annual Declaration of Electricity Consumption and determining the form and procedure for its presentation, was published in the BOE of July 3.

Companies that market electricity supplies will be required to submit this declaration. This submission will be made during the month of February of the year following that to which the declaration refers.

As of the entry into force of this order, and with effect for declarations corresponding to the year 2024 and subsequent years, Order EHA/2041/2009, of July 16, approving form 159 for the annual declaration of electricity consumption, is hereby repealed.
