Since 23/04/2025, three months in advance of the scheduled date, the following services corresponding to Royal Decree 1007/2023, of 5 December, which approves the Regulation establishing the requirements that must be adopted by computer or electronic systems and programs that support the invoicing processes of entrepreneurs and professionals, and the standardization of billing record formats, are available on the Tax Agency's Electronic Office:

• Services for invoice issuers:

  • Web Service for the submission of billing records (art. 15)

  • Exclusive for VERI*FACTU systems:

    • Web Service for the submission of verifiable invoice records (art. 16.1)

    • Web service for consulting my billing records

    • My billing records query and download page

• Services for invoice recipients:

  • Invoice verification service using QR (art.17.1). The comparison will only be effective for invoice records submitted from VERI*FACTU systems.

  • Page for consulting and downloading my billing records sent from VERI*FACTU systems.
