Changes to the structure and territorial organization of the State Tax Administration Agency
The Resolution of July 29, 2025, of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency, amending the Resolution of January 13, 2021, establishing the structure and territorial organization of the State Tax Administration Agency, was published in the Official State Gazette of September 1.
Through this resolution, the City of Lineal Administration and the Fermín Caballero Administration in the city of Madrid are integrated, forming the Madrid North Administration.
The name of the Southeast Administration is now the Madrid East Administration, and the Southwest Administration is now the Madrid Southwest Administration.
Furthermore, the references made to the Special Delegation of Valencia and the city of Valencia are modified, instead indicating the Special Delegation of the Valencian Community (Headquarters in Valencia, where applicable) and Valencia, respectively.
This resolution will enter into force on September 22, 2025.
