Register of workers
Find out more about the registration procedure
The citizens of Campo de Gibraltar and Gibraltar who cross the customs control point of La Línea de la Concepción to move between their places of residence and of work, once registered in the said customs, will be able to use the " red service channels " destined for travellers who have merchandise to declare, considerably reducing queuing times.
If several travellers are occupying a single means of transport, use of the red circuit requires them to all have the identification document referred to in section four.
The tax and customs purposes of showing the identification document of frontier workers who use the red circuit are those previously defined as 'nothing to declare'.
Workers who wish to register must submit an application to the Customs Office in La Línea de la Concepción or manage it through this same page and provide documentation regarding identity, contract and residence. After verifying that the required conditions have been met, Customs will issue an identification document as a border worker, which must be shown to use the aforementioned "red channels."
The identification document will have a maximum validity of one year from the date of issuance.
The identification document must be renewed when the residence conditions, work contract or identification document change, or when it expires.
