Deduction for works to improve the consumption of non-renewable primary energy
In which homes you must carry out the works, what are the deadlines, what works give the right to the deduction, how do you prove the improvement, when and to what amount do you apply the deduction
What works give the right to the deduction?
Those that allow the non-renewable primary energy consumption indicator to be reduced by at least 30% or achieve an improvement in the energy rating of the home to obtain an energy class "A" or "B", on the same scale of qualification.
To prove it, you must have a certificate of energy efficiency for the home issued by the competent technician before the start of the works (for these purposes, the one issued at most two years prior to the start of the works will be valid) and, at the end from the same.
