Deduction for works to improve the consumption of non-renewable primary energy
In which homes should you carry out the work, what are the deadlines, what works give you the right to the deduction, how do you prove the improvement, when and on what amount do you apply the deduction?
What works qualify for the deduction?
Those that allow a reduction of at least 30% in the non-renewable primary energy consumption indicator or achieve an improvement in the energy rating of the home to obtain an "A" or "B" energy class, on the same rating scale.
To prove this, you must have an energy efficiency certificate for the home issued by a competent technician before the start of the works (for these purposes, the one issued at most two years prior to the start of the works will be valid) and at the end of the works.
