11.1. Interest and repair and maintenance costs

The program will transfer to this annex the amounts corresponding to the interest on capital invested in the acquisition or improvement of real estate and the costs of repair and maintenance of the same that appear in Section C of the declaration "List of real estate and income derived from the real estate at the disposal of its owners, leased or transferred to third parties, or assigned to economic activities."
