12.2. Negative balances of capital gains and losses pending offset in subsequent years

The program transfers to this Annex, for both the general tax base and the savings taxable base, the balances pending application at the beginning of the period, the amounts applied in this declaration, and the balances pending compensation in the following 4 years.
