After the T2GI was admitted/dispatched and released, the DCP sent a message 001: with the full content of the transit declaration, as well as the data necessary to determine if the goods have met the maximum arrival period set by the DCP.
Gibraltar (destination) will carry out the arrival checks and completion of the transit declaration by sending the respective messages to the DCP:
- 006 (arrival notice) and
- 018 (completion results).
With the arrival of the message 018The observations are received and if there are no major irregularities, final T2GI.
However, until the message regarding the destination of the goods is received from the Gibraltar authorities, nothing will be done. The last confirmation of the shipment's release does not finalize the previous export. initiated in any EU Member State (according to the Agreement).
Gibraltar reports if the goods:
- is going to free movement in Gibraltar and the TT and the IIEE that may be required in Gibraltar have been settled, if applicable, or
- is linked to a special tax regime: Customs Warehouse, Inward Processing, Temporary Importation.
Because the Agreement establishes the obligation for the DCP to register the tax status of the goods sent to Gibraltar and the TT and the IIEE that are required in Gibraltar, if applicable, are not settled upon arrival.
You must report via Web Service, indicating:

he special regime,

date of affiliation,

expected date of separation,

and ID of the natural/legal person that links.

In addition, it must be submitted at the item/goods levelindicating the net mass linked.
It is considered finished:
-
good for the settlement of TT and the IIEE that may be required in Gibraltar, if applicable,
-
good for the reintroduction into the EU of goods that were linked to special tax regimes in Gibraltar (discussed in section 2).

Either through destruction of the merchandise included or linked to a special tax regime

Or because the goods included in the bonded warehouse are intended for the provisioning of ships or aircraft
