Reference period and deadlines

The reference period refers to the operations that have been carried out in a given month.

The deadline for filing the declaration is until the 12th of the month following the calendar month to which the declared transactions refer or, if this is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, until the following business day. Example: the January declaration can be presented up to 12 February.
