The person making the complaint shall not be considered interested in the action initiated as a result of the complaint, nor entitled to lodge appeals or claims in relation to the results of the same, unless they are among the cases provided for in article 4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
