"Downloading..." message when obtaining a tax certificate on Android mobile devices

With the mobile device, you can request a tax certificate and download the PDF of the certificate obtained. To view the document correctly, you must have the program installed Adobe Reader For mobile devices or a viewer compatible with Android.

Sometimes, when you download the PDF corresponding to the tax certificate, the message "Unloading" may appear for an indefinite period, and it will not be downloaded or a notification will be shown with the text "Incorrect download."

In these cases, you can download the certificate from the "My files" section, in the "Certifications" category, identifying yourself with Cl@ve or with an electronic certificate or DNI. Click on the number of the certificate file to be consulted. In the next window, click on "Consult electronic documents" in the section "Available Services." Select the link corresponding to the requested certificate.

In the next window "Document visualization," if the document is not displayed directly, click on "See full screen," or copy the CSV that appears between the text at the top, to try to download it from the section "Check documents using secure verification code (CSV)." 

Then enter the CSV in the section "Document check using secure verification code." If the document is not viewed directly, click: "See full screen." However, the downloaded PDF will appear at the bottom of the screen.
