"Downloading..." message when obtaining a tax certification on Android mobile devices
With your mobile device it is possible to request a tax certification and download the PDF of the certification obtained. For the document to be viewed correctly, it is necessary to have the program installed Adobe Reader for mobile devices or an Android compatible viewer.
On some occasions, when downloading the PDF corresponding to the tax certification, the message "Downloading" may appear for an indefinite period of time, failing to download or displaying a notice with the text "Incorrect download."
In these cases, you can download the certificate from the "My files" section, within the "Certifications" category, identifying yourself with Cl@ve or with a certificate or Electronic ID . Click on the certification file number to consult. In the next window, click "Consultation of electronic documents" located in the "Available Services" section. Select the link corresponding to the requested certificate.
In the next "Document Viewing" window, if the document is not displayed directly, click on "View full screen", or copy the CSV that appears between the text of the part above, to try to download from the "Document matching using secure verification code ( CSV )" section.
Next, enter the CSV in the "Document matching using secure verification code" section. If the document is not displayed directly, click: "View full screen." However, the downloaded PDF will appear at the bottom of the screen.
