Registration of official members and associates
Associations and colleges in the field of tax consultancy or tax management that have signed a new agreement with the Tax Agency will have to send a list of their members via the website.
To send the first list of members and associates, please use the entry "Census upload".
This "Census upload" requires having a file with the data of all the members or associates that are going to be registered.Bulk uploading is incremental, i.e. new members are added to existing members.The file should be constructed as follows:
- In plain text;
- With a .txt or .prn extension;
- Be encoded in ASCII or ANSI and;
- Cannot have any title, heading or underlining.
To select the file, click on the "Browse" button.The file will be a list of associates that you want to register, according to the following structure:
The first line must contain the information corresponding with the collaborating entity, i.e. the association.This information must have the following content:
- NIF of the association or body:9 alphanumeric characters
- 1 blank space
- Name of the association:50 alphanumeric characters
The second line onward must contain the information of the associates, with one associate for each line, and must include:
- Associate NIF:9 alphanumeric characters
- 1 blank space
- Associate name:50 alphanumeric characters indicating the surname and first name or Company name
The automated process that reviews the files will reject any that do not meet the format requirements established.It will also verify that the NIF is valid and has a name associated to it.
Once the file is sent, it will be processed within approximately 24 hours and a report will be sent to the collegiate body or association by email (if the address has been provided) of the results.
The new members will be registered individually through the option "Registration of members/associates” or by uploading new files.
