Registration of official members and associates
Associations and colleges in the field of tax consulting or tax management that have signed a new agreement with the Tax Agency will have to send the list of their members through the Web.
To send the first list of members and associates you must use the entry "Census upload" .
This "Census Upload" requires having a file with the data of all the members or associates who are going to register. Mass loading is incremental, that is, new members are added to those already registered. The file must be constructed as follows:
- In plain text;
- Have a .txt or .prn extension;
- Be encoded in ASCII or ANSI and;
- It should not have any title, header or underline.
To select the file, press the "Browse" button. The file will be made up of the list of members and associates who wish to register according to the following structure:
-
The first line must contain the information corresponding to the collaborating entity, that is, the association or school. This information must have the following content:
- NIF of the association or school: 9 position alphanumeric
- 1 blank
- Name of the association or school: 50 position alphanumeric
-
Second and subsequent lines must contain the information of the associated collaborators, each of them arranged in a line, which must appear:
- NIF associated: 9 position alphanumeric
- 1 blank
- Associated name: 50-position alphanumeric code indicating surnames and first name or company name
The automated process that reviews the files will reject those that do not conform to the specified format. Likewise, it will be checked that the NIF is valid and has an associated name.
Once the file is sent, it will be processed within approximately 24 hours, sending the school or association a report by email (if its address is available) of the result of the sending.
New registrations of members will be carried out individually through the option " Registration of members/associates " or through new file uploads.
