View and change recorded contact details

From the entry " Contact data query " the collaborator can verify the telephone number and email registered as contact data in the social collaboration census. This information will not be accessed if accessed with a certificate from the collaborator's delegate.

From the " Contact data modification " service, social partners and delegates can update the contact phone number and email address.

Check the identification data and press "Accept"

The data and available options will be displayed depending on the holder of the selected electronic certificate.

Access as a social collaborator

The collaborator's data and the list of added delegates (if any) are displayed.

From section "Collaborator data" you can modify the telephone number and email address of the social collaborator. Press "OK" to save the changes.

The collaborator can also update the contact details of his delegates by clicking on the corresponding NIF within the list.

Note: The registration and deregistration of delegates by the social collaborator is carried out from the procedure "Registration and management in the census of social collaborators"

Access as a delegate

If you access the procedure with a certificate of a natural person whose NIF has been added as a delegate of a social collaborator, you can update your personal contact information and press "Confirm" . You will not access the contact information of the collaborator or the rest of the delegates.
