This error can appear for several reasons:

• When making the query, the data of a file that has not been submitted is indicated.

• The data does not match the data in the declaration submitted according to the model, fiscal year, period, etc.

• The certificate is different from the one used in the presentation and does not authorize the consultation. If you have multiple electronic certificates installed in your browser, make sure you select the correct certificate.
