"The certificate holder is not a corporate partner and is not authorised or confirmed to carry out this service or procedure", "the certificate holder is not a public employee or corporate partner and is not authorised"
This error occurs when the holder of the electronic certificate used does not coincide with the holder of the procedure or declaration, nor is he/she a social collaborator or has a power of attorney.
If there are several electronic certificates installed in the browser, check that, both in the access and in the signature, you select the appropriate certificate, i.e. a certificate authorised to carry out the procedure as the holder, social collaborator or proxy.
Access as a corporate partner
If you are carrying out the procedure as a social collaborator on behalf of third parties, check that the certificate holder is registered as a collaborator or as a delegate of a collaborator. To do this, go to the "Collaborate with the Tax Agency" block on the home page, in the "Information and procedures" section, then go to "Social collaboration in the filing of returns" and click on "All procedures" to access "Checking the census of social collaborators", located in "Social collaborator procedures".
You can check whether the agreement to which you are subscribed allows you to carry out that particular procedure.See related information in "Types of Social Partnership agreement".
Access by power of attorney
If you are not a social collaborator but you are authorised to carry out the procedure, check the authorisation from "Consultation, confirmation and waiver of authorisations received", within "Register of authorisations" also located in the "Collaborate with the Tax Agency" block. If it is a power of attorney for the receipt of notifications, also check that it is "Confirmed", as, in this case, acceptance by the proxy is required.
Access in own name
If you are not a social collaborator and you do not have a power of attorney, then the holder of the certificate must be the same as the holder of the procedure or declaration.Check that you have selected the certificate and that the NIF and the name of the holder have been entered correctly in the form where you enter the data or in the help programme with which you have prepared the declaration file.
