Filing tax returns from the Informative Tax Returns Platform

To electronically submit a declaration using the electronic identification system Cl@ve , it is necessary to be registered in the service through the "Registration in option. Cl@ve " from Headquarters.
After registration you will be able to identify yourself with Cl@ve to carry out electronic procedures online.

Immediate presentation of the declaration from the program
To submit an informative return, once your return has been completed and validated by the assistance program, in the "Submission of returns" option you can obtain the file and choose between one of the accepted forms of presentation for the selected model.
For the "Filing of declarations" option to appear enabled, you must open the declaration or select it in the "Declarations" tab. In the toolbar of the "Declarants" tab look for the icon identified by a world ball and a folder. You can also right-click on the tax return you want to obtain and use the "Filing of tax returns" option or access the "Utilities" menu, "File tax return...".
If the tax return is correctly completed and there are no errors, when you obtain the tax return you can select the type of file to be generated, depending on the filing method you choose. Depending on the selected model, the valid forms for presentation will appear in the wizard.

For telematic presentation with Cl@ve select the option "Presentation without certificate (system Cl@ve PIN)".
Remember that the wizard only shows the valid forms of presentation for the model and type of declaration. If the option "Presentation without certificate (system Cl@ve PIN)" does not appear, consult the information on the ways to obtain declarations for each model and fiscal year in the aforementioned help from the Platform.
By default, the presentation file generated from the Information Platform will have the name of the 9 characters of the NIF of the declarant and by extension the model number. The file will be saved in the "AEAT" folder generated in the Platform installation path. If you wish, you can change the location of this file by clicking the button with the folder icon. Remember that to file tax returns online, you need to save the file in a folder called "AEAT".
If the operating system you are using is Mac, the file should be saved in /aeat or /users/<usuario actual> /aeat or in any of these subfolders. In the case of Linux, the path where it should be saved is /home/<usuario actual> /aeat or in some subfolder of it.
If you check the box "Immediately file the tax return" the program will continue filing the tax return. If another directory is selected at the end of the obtaining process or you do not check the "Make the immediate presentation of the declaration" box, it will not be connected to the AEAT website and you will only have generated the file for electronic presentation.
Once the file is obtained, click "Finish".
For presentation with Cl@ve , enter the DNI/NIE and the contrast information to request the authentication request; Finally, press the "Make Presentation" button to finish the presentation.
If the presentation has been made correctly, a window will be displayed with the message "Your presentation has been made successfully", a link to the PDF with the copy of the declaration that is saved by default in the program installation path, C:/ AEAT /Informativas/aeat which has the name NIF of the declarant and CSV attaching to the presentation. A link to the Electronic Document Match will also appear so that you can obtain the copy with the CSV provided. Likewise, you have a link to download the file presented in "Download files of presented models".
You can confirm that the file for presentation using Cl@ve has been generated correctly if in the "Declarations" tab, in the "Obtained" column, the text "1 2 3" appears .
Presentation of the declaration from the Electronic Office
If you have not checked the "Make immediate submission" box, the file will still be generated and you can send it at any time from the Electronic Office. Access the procedures for the model in question and "Presentation of previous years". Then use the presentation link for the corresponding exercise.
Enter your DNI/NIE and the contrast information to authenticate with Cl@ve.
Then, click on the "Browse" button and locate on your local disk, in the folders AEAT \Informativas\aeat, the file " NIF ", where XXX refers to the model number.
A summary of the declaration will be uploaded. Press "Sign and send."
The result of a correct submission of an information return for the 2016 financial year will in any case be a response page on which the text "Your submission has been completed successfully" appears with an embedded PDF which contains a first sheet with the presentation information (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of presentation and presenter information) and, on the subsequent pages, the complete copy of the declaration .
