How to respond to requests or submit documentation related to a document received from the Tax Agency
Check the summons or notice to make sure that this is the right way to reply, make allegations or provide documentation.Other means may be states, such as "Provide supporting documents" or "Respond to requests, make a claim, and/or provide supporting documents" of a particular form or procedure.
To access the submission of documentation, you will first need to indicate Yes or No to the question "Do you wish to submit an Appeal to this dossier?".
If you select "Yes", you will only be able to access the submission by identifying yourself using a certificate/electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN.In this case, indicate the CSV (Secure Verification Code) that appears in the notification received in the corresponding box and click "With identification".
If you tick "No", enter the CSV in the box and select "How would you like to make the submission":
- Affected parties:can log in by providing identification in the form of an electronic certificate, electronic DNI, Cl@ve PIN or no identification.
- Representatives:You can only access "With identification" using a certificate or DNI electronic DNI and Cl@ve PIN.
To locate the CSV, you can consult the help section by clicking on the "Where to find the Secure Verification Code" link.
Next, if you have ticked "With identification" to access with Cl@ve PIN or with an electronic certificate or DNIe, select one of the two options and continue.
If you ticked "Yes" and wish to submit an appeal, once identified, the options available for that procedure associated with the CSV entered will be presented.
Once you have accessed the online register, fill in the required fields, including the File/Reference, subject, contact details by entering a telephone number and, additionally, an email address.
You can also attach documents from the "Add files" option.You also have the option of introducing the reason for the submission in the space at the bottom of the form.
A window to select the files to attach to the response will appear when you click “Add files”.Click "Select Files" to access the file browser and choose the file you want to attach.Please note that the file must be no larger than 64 MB and must be in an accepted format.You can get more information on accepted file formats in the "Help" section.
Once the required fields have been completed and the necessary documents provided, click on "Submit".
If the submission is successful, the registration report will be displayed on the screen.
