The response to a seizure order is mandatory , regardless of whether the debt has already been paid or there is no relationship with the debtor.

Choose "Response to the seizure order" if you wish to access without electronic identification or "Response to the seizure order with identification" if you have an electronic certificate, DNIe or Cl@ve . If you do not have electronic identification, an authorized third party may access the information as a collaborator or representative of the owner.

If you identify yourself with an electronic certificate, DNIe or Cl@ve it will not be necessary to indicate the NIF of the obligated party (debtor) or the diligence number. If you access without electronic identification, enter the requested data and click "Search".

Once you have located the document, access it by clicking on the Document Number.

Select the situation with the debtor on the date of receipt of the seizure order (although the last option is selected by default) and click "Continue". Depending on what you selected, you will have to continue answering the options presented to you.

Finally, click on "View PDF " to activate the "Send" button and submit your response.

You can only reply once to a seizure order. If it has already been answered, when trying to answer again, the error will appear: "No results found for this data" or "Process not found." These messages may also appear if the document has just been signed and its status has not been updated, so it is detected as not "available." In this case, wait a reasonable amount of time and try the query again.

To check if a procedure has been answered online (and see the answer) access the link "Print the annex submitted online", this option does not require an electronic certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve , only the data of the procedure, payer and debtor.

If the response has been made through the option "Respond to requests or submit documentation related to a notification received from AEAT " the result is not reflected in the option: "Printing of the annex submitted online." In this case, until the file is processed by an agent, you will not be able to generate payment letters on the website.

You can reply only with the CSV of the diligence, taking into account that to file an appeal it is necessary to have electronic identification.

Once the seizure order has been answered, it will be possible to generate and obtain the payment letters.
