Electronic submission of model 791 of customs representative with certificate or with Cl@ve
You can access the submission of applications with an electronic certificate, DNIe or with Cl@ve .
Before accessing the presentation, it is recommended that you review the technical requirements for carrying out procedures at the Headquarters.
Click on the link "Aptitude tests for training as a customs representative" to access the form, submission and payment of fees if applicable. Fill in the fields that require text or use the drop-down menus in the boxes that have them. Please note that you can make any changes you need, but once the application has been saved, you will no longer be able to make any changes to the application online.
Once you have completed the form, if it is necessary to pay fees, fill in the "Customer account code ( CCC )" section with the bank account and click on the "Payment of Fees" button. If you are exempt from payment, press the "Sign and Send" button that appears when the amount is zero.

After making the payment, the application will be saved and you can print the PDF of the proof of submission by clicking on "Get receipt".
The application receipt will consist of a copy with a printed registration and supporting number, as well as the date of submission. In addition, to retrieve proof of application or check whether the registration has been submitted correctly, you have the option to consult, "Consult Payment/Application".
Submission of documentation
Without prejudice to the submission of the application, if applicable, the supporting documentation provided for in section 5.6 of the Resolution of the call for tests must be submitted.
This presentation must be made, according to the instructions in section 5 of the aforementioned Resolution, through "Provide additional documentation" offered by the procedure itself.
