Electronic presentation of form 791 of Customs Representative with certificate or with Cl@ve
You can access the submission of instances with an electronic certificate, DNIe or with Cl@ve .
Before accessing the presentation, it is recommended to review the technical requirements to carry out procedures at Headquarters.
Click on the link "Aptitude tests for training as a customs representative" to access the form, presentation and payment of fees if applicable. Fill in the fields that require text or use the drop-down boxes in the boxes that have them. It must be taken into account that all necessary changes can be made but, once the request has been saved, no modification can be made to the request via the internet.
Once you have completed the form, if it is necessary to pay fees, fill out the "Customer account code ( CCC )" section with the bank account and click on the "Pay Fees" button . If you are exempt from payment, press the "Sign and Send" button that appears when the amount is zero.

After making the payment, the instance will have been recorded and you can print the PDF of the proof of its presentation by clicking on "Get receipt".
The receipt of the application will consist of a copy that will have a registration number and receipt printed, as well as the date of its presentation. Additionally, to retrieve the application receipt or check whether the registration submission has been completed correctly, you have the query option, "Payment/Application Query".
Documentation presentation
Without prejudice to the presentation of the application, if applicable, the supporting documentation provided for in section 5.6 of the Resolution of the call for tests must be presented.
This presentation must be made, according to the instructions of base 5 of the aforementioned Resolution, through "Provide complementary documentation" offered by the procedure itself.
