My notifications service
When accessing electronic procedures by identifying yourself with Cl@ve or with an electronic certificate or DNIe , in the event that there are procedures or incidents pending resolution, the "My alerts" service will be activated. Please note that it is necessary to have cookies enabled in the browser.
The system will display a warning message informing you how to access the "My Alerts" service and check pending procedures or incidents.
Click on "Go to My Alerts" if you wish to process them and access the "My Alerts" service.
Next, click on one of the detected alerts.
In the case of powers of attorney pending confirmation, fill in the requested data and click "Search".
You can also access the "My alerts" service whenever you want from the link enabled in the Electronic Office. You will find the link at the top of the Electronic Office page in blue. Next to the link, the counter of detected alerts is displayed in red.
The alerts that will be displayed will be those related to census incidents, unread notifications and/or communications, powers of attorney pending authorization and/or confirmation, procedures that you have pending to complete (for example, mandatory electronic submissions that you still have to submit) and outstanding debts to pay.
