When making a direct debit request through the payment gateway of the AEAT, the financial entity may reject the operation due to different circumstances (technical problems, errors in the data entered, incorrect identification, duplicate payment, etc.).and return the corresponding error messages.
These are responses generated by financial entities (EEFF) or collaborating entities (EECC), and you will need to make the necessary verifications and contact said entities to resolve the problem.
Alternatively, you can apply directly to the bank at NRC by providing the payment details, use the electronic banking services they offer or arrange for the charge to be made to another account or to a different financial institution.
