Consultation of a previous payment by card in debt settlements

To consult the payment of a settlement by card or Bizum and recover the NRC As an associate, it is not necessary to identify yourself electronically, as long as you access it from the link for the specific procedure, "Settlements/Debts - Query a previous payment by card or Bizum."

Next, enter the following information in the form that matches the payment you wish to inquire about: model, proof, NIF, surname and name or company name, amount of income and date of payment; Click "Accept data and Continue". There is no option to print the receipt from this service; it is solely an online consultation.

If the payment was made correctly and for the data indicated, the generated NRC will be displayed as proof. 

Another alternative for consultation is through the "My Payments" procedure, for which identification is required with Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve, certified / DNI electronic or eIDAS. Go to the "Pay, Defer, and Consult" section, view all your transactions, and then select "Check Debts." Then, click on "My payments" and, after identifying yourself, click on "Download" in the "Proof" column to obtain the proof of the payment made, where you can see the NRC generated.

Please note that if the payment is made by POS, the Financial Institution does not provide the NRC.
