Non-collaborating organisation

When a message of this type appears, you must consider the procedure you wish to perform:

Get/Query NRC : It is necessary to confirm whether the Financial Institution is included in the type of procedure you are trying to carry out.

To find out in each case whether the entity is a collaborator and is associate with the desired procedure, go to "List of associated bank entities"

Make a direct debit : If the Banking Entity has already been deregistered as a collaborator but has activated a grace period, as long as this remains active, it will be valid for making direct debits. Obtaining NRC would not be affected.

Make a deferral : From 1 July 2023, the use of accounts from non-collaborating entities (Spanish or foreign) in the SEPA zone is permitted for direct debits of deferrals.
