Error 70. Request duplicated
The message "Duplicate request" (error 70), is a response from the collaborating entity that implies that the NRC being requested has already been previously generated.
From "Check a previous payment..." and the option corresponding to the payment method used (by direct debit or card), check the payment.
To carry out this operation, you must identify yourself with Cl@ve or with the same certificate or electronic DNI used at the time of payment.
After indicating the form for which you want to make the consultation and click on 'Accept details and Continue'.
You must enter exactly the same data that was provided to make the payment and if it exists, the generated NRC will be provided as proof.
The AEAT will allow the payer, by providing the same data used in the charge request, to consult the result of the operation when there has been a failure in communications or for any other reason. The response to the verification request will be the same confirmation message with the NRC obtained or, failing that, the indication that the charge consulted is not registered or that it has been cancelled.
Once the NRC has been recovered, the declaration must be submitted, this time selecting the "To be paid" option and manually entering the NRC of the charge made in its corresponding box so that at the time of submission the page does not link again to the bank to make the payment again.
If the NRC does not exist, you must contact the bank to verify that the payment has not been made.
