Error 70.Request duplicated
The message'Duplicated request' (error 70) is a response from the collaborating entity, meaning that the CRN you are requesting has already been generated.
From 'Consult a previous payment...'and the option regarding the payment method used (direct debit or card), check the payment.
To perform this operation you need to log in via Cl@ve PIN or with the same certificate or electronic ID used when making the payment.
After selecting the model for which you want to perform the query, click on "Accept data and Continue".
You must enter exactly the same details that were provided to make the payment and if the payment exists, the generated NRC will be provided to serve as proof of payment.
By entering the same details that you used when you completed the charge request, the Tax Agency allows the payer to consult the result of the operation when there has been an error in the communications, or any other type of issue.The answer to the verification request will be the same confirmation message with the NRC obtained or, failing that, the indication that the consulted payment does not exist or that it has been declared null and void.
Once the NRC has been recovered, the tax return must be filed, marking this time the option "To be paid" and manually entering the NRC of the charge made in the corresponding box so that at the time of filing the return the page does not link up again with the bank to make the payment again.
If the CRN does not exist, you must contact your bank to ensure that this payment has not been made.
