Telephone payment of debts and settlements
In order to make it easier for citizens to pay debts arising from settlements made by the Administration, a telephone assistance service has been set up for the payment of these debts.
To do so, you must make an appointment to be assisted by telephone at a time that best suits you by accessing the "Assistance and appointment" section, "Assistance and appointment for individuals".
Please provide your NIF , then your first and last name. Click "Next".
Select the "Other procedures" option, then select the "Pay, defer and consult debts" service and the procedure that best suits your situation. Click "Next".
Once you have entered the postal code or selected the province, you will be offered the different options available at that time. You can get immediate attention by phone by clicking "Request a call" or a telephone appointment to which we will call you according to the day and time slot selected.
If you select immediate telephone assistance, fill in and confirm the telephone number you wish us to call you on and click "Accept". A telephone agent will contact you immediately.
If you prefer a telephone appointment, selecting the day and time slot of your interest, you must complete and confirm the telephone number on which a telephone agent will call you and a valid email address, as you will be sent an email with your appointment details from which you can manage it (modify and cancel), if necessary.
To make a telephone payment, you must be registered in Cl@ve or have an electronic certificate / DNI or an authentication.
However, if you have an electronic certificate or Cl@ve you can make the payment through the "Pay, defer and check debts" option on the Electronic Office.
