Telephone payment of debts and settlements
With the aim of making it easier for citizens to pay debts derived from settlements carried out by the Administration, the Collection Assistance and Information telephone service (REC@T) is enabled for the payment of these debts.
The data requested to be able to make the payment are the NIF of the debt holder, the receipt number, the model of the payment letter, the amount of the debt and the number account number you want the charge to be made to. This service will be available only to debt holders and as long as they are natural persons and have debts of less than 18,000 euros.
Once the data has been provided to the telephone agent and the charge has been made, a document justifying the payment will be generated, whose CSV may optionally be sent to the taxpayer by means of a SMS to the mobile phone number indicated. With this CSV you can verify through the Electronic Office, from "Comparison of electronic documents using Secure Verification Code", the debt data and the account number in which it is has loaded.
Those taxpayers who do not have an electronic certificate and wish to pay the debt by telephone must contact 91 553 68 01 (also accessible from 901 200 350). As a guarantee of security, the telephone call corresponding to the citizen's authorization to carry out the charge will be recorded.
However, if you have an electronic certificate or Cl@ve the payment can be made through the "Pay, defer and consult debts" option of the Electronic Office.
