Telephone payment of debts and settlements
In order to make it easier for citizens to pay debts arising from settlements made by the Administration, the Collection Assistance and Information telephone service (REC@T) has been set up for the payment of these debts.
The details required for making the payment are the NIF of the owner of the debt, the supporting document number, the Form of the payment letter, the amount of the debt and the account number you would like the charge to be made. This service will be available only for the owners of the debt, who are individuals and whose debts are less than 18000 euros.
Once the details have been provided to the telephone agent and the payment has been made, a payment receipt will be generated, the CSV of which can be sent to the taxpayer by means of an SMS to the mobile telephone number stated on the same. With this CSV you will be able to verify, via the e-Office, from "Collate of electronic documents via Secure Verification Code", the details of the debt and the account number to which it has been charged.
Those taxpayers who do not have an electronic certificate and wish to pay the debt by telephone should contact 91 553 68 01 (also accessible from 901 200 350).As a safety measure, all calls regarding authorisation by citizens to charge the debt shall be recorded.
However, if you have an electronic certificate or Cl@ve, you can make the payment through the "Pay, defer and consult debts" option of the E-Office.
